A year later, no charges in killing of Marine vet, girlfriend in Belize
Drew DeVoursney, 36, a U.S. Marine veteran from Georgia, and his Canadian girlfriend, Francesca Matus, 52, last were seen leaving Scotty's Bar and Grill in Corozal in the Central American country of Belize in April 2017.
