All 189 passenger and crew aboard a crashed Indonesian jet were "likely" killed in the accident, Indonesia's search and rescue agency said on Monday, as it announced it had found human remains. The Boeing-737 MAX, which went into service months ago, vanished from radar 13 minutes after taking off from Indonesian capital, plunging into the Java Sea.
