New hunting ground for paedophiles: Chinese apps

Social video apps, where users post 15-second clips of themselves, have become an easy hunting ground for paedophiles. In the past year, the Cyber Peace Foundation, a non-profit in New Delhi , has found an uptick in cases of child sexual abuse, harassment, bullying and blackmail where the perpetrator found the victims on social video apps.
