Thin leads, paper trail delay results

Significantly, there has been a rise in number of service voters enrolled in MP following a countrywide special drive by EC. As per the state electoral rolls for 2018, nearly 62,000 service voters are enrolled. This means larger number of postal ballots to be counted, said an EC official.
