Most desi IT firms sued for staff bias in 2018

Wipro effected a $75-mn settlement with its customer National Grid for the release of all claims under a lawsuit the latter filed in a New York district court in 2017. Tata Consultancy Services won an employment discrimination case after a court in California acquitted the company of charges that it had a bias towards Indian employees over the US residents.
