Phase 4: Will Modi’s magic ensure a repeat for BJP?

The battle in phase 4 remains largely north of the Vindhyas. BJP alone had won a whopping 45 of the 71 seats going to polls on April 29. Can Narendra Modi repeat the 2014 success in 2019 Lok Sabha elections as well? The nine states going to polls in phase 4 are Maharashtra: 17 seats, Rajasthan: 13 seats, UP: 13 seats, Odisha: 6 seats, West Bengal: 8 seats, Jharkhand: 3 seats, Bihar: 5 seats and Jammu and Kashmir: 1 seat.
