Pune wall collapse: Residents had 'warned' builder five months ago

The residents of Alcon Stylus, Pune alleged that they had warned the developer about the dangerous condition of the retaining wall of one of the buildings 5 months ago, but no action was taken. "We highlighted the condition of the wall," a resident of the housing society said. A portion of the wall collapsed on Saturday killing 15 people.
