Jamyang Tsering, the BJP MP from Ladakh, made a very strong and spirited defence of the Centre's move to bifurcate Jammu and Kashmir in his speech in Lok Sabha, evoking immediate praise from none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "If Ladakh is today under-developed, then Article 370 and Congress party are responsible for it," the MP said
