At least 11 killed in massive blast at Punjab cracker factory

At least 11 people have died in a massive explosion that took place at a firecracker factory at Batala in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district on Wednesday. Over a dozen fire tenders from Gurdaspur and Amritsar are trying to douse the rising flames. Senior district administrative officials of Gurdaspur have also reached the spot to monitor the situation.
