JNUSU office-bearers taken to meet HRD secy

Office-bearers of JNUSU said they met GC Hosur, the joint secretary of HRD ministry over the hostel fee hike, and submitted a memorandum of demands to him, including sacking the vice-chancellor. Meanwhile, thousands of protesters camping outside the Safdarjung tomb were allegedly forced by the police personnel to go back to the campus.
