With the NCP and Congress treading cautiously over alliance with Shiv Sena, Maharashtra is unlikely to have a government any time soon. The focus has shifted to the Congress & NCP meeting on Wednesday, expected to discuss the possible alliance. However, Shiv Sena, seems optimistic with Sanjay Raut claiming that a government will be in place by December first week.
