Rahul Gandhi on Friday addressed a live session of a press conference on coronavirus pandemic and said that the coronavirus-induced lockdown is "not an on and off switch" and requires the cooperation of everyone. "Lockdown is not an on and off switch, it is a transition which requires cooperation between Centre, states and people," he said.
