'No Covid case in 13 states, UTs in last 24 hours'

Thirteen states/UTs, including Kerala, Odisha and J&K, have not reported any new case of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, Union health minister Harsh Vardhan said on Thursday. He said 3,561 new cases have been reported and 1,084 patients have recovered in 24 hrs. The minister said that India is in a better state given 3.3% mortality rate and 28.83% recovery rate.
