Uttar Pradesh conducts 1 lakh-plus Covid tests in 24 hours

UP achieved the milestone of one lakh Covid-19 test in 24 hours on Monday. Officials said that 1.06 lakh was the maximum number of tests done by any state in a single day. The target came exactly on the deadline set by CM Adityanath and in five days of conducting 50K-plus tests. Govt attributed the achievement to rapid antigen test kits which can give result in half an hour.
