K'taka: Demand for oxygen up 4-fold, price doubles

With the number of severely infected Covid-19 patients increasing, there is up to a four-fold increase in the daily demand for medical oxygen in Karnataka. The state needs 400-500 metric tonnes of liquid oxygen daily, up from 100-150 metric tonnes in March-April.
