Ayodhya land case: Highlights of SC verdict

The Supreme Court Thursday declined to refer to a five-judge Constitution bench the issue of reconsideration of the observations in its 1994 judgement that a mosque was not integral to Islam. The apex court by 2:1 majority decided that a 3-judge bench will commence hearing on Ayodhya land dispute case in the week starting from October 29.
