Give Rafale decision-making process details, SC tells government

​​Providing an important clarification, the court said it was not concerned either with pricing of the fighters or with the technical suitability of the aircraft for IAF. It asked the Centre to submit details of the decision making process in sealed cover by October 29 and posted further hearing on October 31.
