In CBI FIR, complainant says he paid Rs 3cr to special director Asthana

In its FIR against Rakesh Asthana, registered on the complaint of Hyderabad-based businessman Sathish Babu Sana in which he claimed to have paid about Rs 3 crore to the CBI special director since last year, the agency accused the Gujarat cadre IPS officer of criminal conspiracy and corruption.
