MP: How general, OBC voters could decide which Dalit becomes an MLA

There are 35 SC seats in MP, 28 of which are with BJP. Apart from five of these seats — Devsar 47%, Parasia 45%, and Amla, Gotegaon and Maheswar 41% — the share of SC and ST voters swings between 31% and 34%, making general, OBC and minority votes a significant force.
