RBI deputy governor slams govt again: Centre plays T20, we play Test

RBI deputy governor Viral Acharya on Friday once again raised the issue of the bank's independence and lack of powers to regulate PSU banks, saying the apex bank was "statutorily limited in undertaking action against PSBs, including asset divestiture, replacement of management/board and revoking licence".
