EC questions presence of 'EVM theft accused' in Chandrababu's team

The EC has written to the TDP asking how a person, Hari Prasad with criminal antecedents could be a part of a delegation led by its chief Chandrababu Naidu during his visit to the poll panel on Saturday. The Andhra Pradesh CM met EC officials and submitted a memorandum alleging that a large number of EVMs malfunctioned during polling in the state.
