SBI invites bids to sell 75% of Jet Airways

SBI is aiming to transfer Jet’s ownership “of at least 3.54 crore equity shares comprising 31.2% of equity share capital of the company and up to a maximum of 8.5 crore equity shares, comprising of 75% equity share capital,” the bid document says.
