Flat possession delayed? Claim refund after a yr

In a relief to lakhs of aggrieved homebuyers who keep waiting for possession of their flats for years, the apex consumer commission has for the first time quantified the time period of delayed project and ruled that buyers will be entitled to claim refund from builders if the delay is beyond one year.
