Investors richer by Rs 3.86L cr in two days as markets cheer Modi return

Led by the rally in the equity market, the market capitalisation (m-cap) of BSE-listed companies rose by Rs 3,86,220.41 crore to Rs 1,54,11,395.90 crore on the BSE. At the close of trade on Thursday, the market valuation of BSE-listed firms was Rs 1,50,25,175.49 crore. The Sensex had hit its all-time high of 40,124.96 the day election results were announced on May 23.
