Kolkata voters go missing after 3pm, create a mystery

In Kolkata North, 54.9% voters turned out by 3 pm. But, according to EC, end-of-day percentage was barely 61.1%; so only a little more than 6% of voters turned up in the last three hours. In Kolkata South, 58.6% voters turned up by 3 pm. But, the next three hours saw a reversal of this trend and figures stood at 67% by the end of day, lower than the 2014 figure of 69.3%.
