Why these state governments are nervous about May 23 results

The results for 22 state assembly seats along with 38 Lok Sabha seats will be out on May 23 and that could change the fate of the Tamil Nadu government as the ruling AIADMK risks falling short of majority. Results of bypolls of four assembly seats that will be declared on May 23 could change the Goa assembly equations too, especially if the BJP doesn't do well.
