World Cup: Dhawan to remain under observation, no call on replacement

Shikhar Dhawan, who injured his left thumb during the World Cup match against Australia, will remain under observation for a week in England. The team management has also decided not to announce any replacement for the left-handed opener till the final assessment on his injury.
