PM Modi who is on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia, said that India and Saudi Arabia are moving from a purely buyer-seller relationship towards a closer strategic partnership that will include the resource-rich Kingdom's investments in downstream oil and gas projects. With 40.33 million tonnes sold to India, Saudi Arabia is India's second-biggest supplier of oil.
