Blueprint in place for 15% EVs in 5 yrs: Gadkari

The minister said surging demand for such vehicles will automatically see a reduction in prices while government was committed to creating a matching infrastructure for these. Gadkari had earlier made it clear that with a GST rate of 12 per cent on EVs there was no need for any subsidy.
