3rd Test: Rohit double ton puts India on top v SA

Rohit Sharma (212) smashed his maiden Test double ton as he and centurion Ajinkya Rahane helped India reach 497/9d on Day 2 for the Ranchi Test against South Africa. The Proteas were reduced to 9/2 in their first innings before bad light stopped play. India are chasing a series whitewash to consolidate their position at top of the World Test Championship.
